Individual therapy:
Life experiences can often lead to fears and insecurities which can make it difficult to be fully present in our lives. You may feel flawed, anxious and depressed, and in some essential way, “not enough.” You may feel overwhelmed and lonely. Low self-esteem may be draining you, overwhelm taking over, and relationships may feel exhausting instead of recharging. Stress and pressure from family, work, and people you love or want to impress take their toll on you. Your inner critic judges you, your confidence gets low, and you want it to be okay to just be yourself.
In individual therapy we address this painful state. I guide you through self-discovery and in getting connected with your internal experience. We identify effective strategies to help you cope with challenges and achieve your goals. We examine patterns that no longer serve you, and the thoughts and feelings that accompany them to help you move forward.
